Syranga Engineering (SE) offers Segment Moulds for construction of pre cast Segments for lining the Tunnels bored by Tunnel Boring Machines. We provide Segment Moulds from 3m dia to the standard Metro size upto as large as 22m. Our Moulds always comply to the precision and tolerances prescribed by the international standards. Before delivery of the Moulds, we do conduct a factory test of the manufactured Moulds and demonstrate live casting of segment and only upon its satisfactory casting in front of our clients we despatch the Moulds to jobsite. The standard spares and service of the supplied Moulds is also supplied along with Moulds so that the production of segments never has to suffer. Upon completion of one project, we can undertake refurbishment of the Moulds as per international standards to bring them at par with New and in good working condition for the castings to begin for the next project.
